We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We’re closed Sundays. After-hours key drop is available — call ahead to arrange it.
Yes. We service domestic, Japanese and European vehicles, modern and older. We also work on carbureted engines and vintage electrical systems, which most general shops no longer handle.

Yes, and most of our customers do. The shop sits in the Miramar business park, so if you work nearby you can leave the vehicle in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. We keep you updated by phone or text.
Yes. We restore and maintain classic and vintage vehicles, including carbureted engines, vintage electrical systems, numbers-matching restorations and daily-driven resto-mods. We work with owners across San Diego County.
Yes. SP Automotive was founded by Lake Williams, a United States Coast Guard veteran. The shop is named for his late father, Stephen Paul Williams. We offer a discount to active duty, veterans and military families.
